Peace in Who You Are

✝️ Scripture

"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well."
Psalm 139:14 — Read Full Chapter ↗

✝️ Devotional

It’s easy to look around and feel like you don’t measure up. Someone is smarter, more talented, more confident, or more popular. Comparison creeps in quietly but quickly steals your peace.

But God didn’t create you to compete with others. He created you with intention, purpose, and uniqueness. Your value is not based on how you compare—it’s based on who made you.

When you start seeing yourself through God’s eyes, something changes. You stop chasing validation from others and begin to feel secure in who you are.

Peace comes when you accept that you don’t need to be anyone else. You just need to be who God created you to be—and that is already enough.

✝️ Reflection Questions

1

Who or what do you compare yourself to?

2

How does comparison affect your peace?

3

What makes you uniquely you?

✝️ Prayer

God, help me see myself the way You see me. Remove comparison from my heart and give me peace in who I am. Amen.
