✝️ Scripture
"28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”"Matthew 11:28–30 — Read Full Chapter ↗
✝️ Devotional
We often carry more than we should—stress about school, pressure to succeed, hurt from others, fear about the future. Over time, it builds up like a heavy load you were never meant to carry alone.
Jesus offers an invitation that sounds simple but is actually powerful: “Come to Me.” That means bringing your stress, your worries, and even your hidden struggles to Him.
Letting go doesn’t mean your problems disappear instantly. It means you stop trying to control everything by yourself. You trust that God is able to handle what you cannot.
When you release those burdens, something shifts. You feel lighter, freer, and more at peace—not because life is easy, but because you’re no longer carrying it alone.
✝️ Reflection Questions
What are you holding onto that’s weighing you down?
Why is it hard for you to let go?
What would change if you trusted God with it?
✝️ Prayer
Jesus, I’m tired of carrying everything alone. Help me release my burdens to You and trust that You will take care of me. Amen.
